This 100% Cinsault is an all natural wine made by lady winemakers (Catalina Ugarte & Coly Den Haan) from Chile! Cinsault is a very cool grape that you don’t see frequently as a single varietal and great for chilling. And let’s be honest, chillable reds are totally in right now. It’s also a very versatile food wine so you can enjoy it with almost anything. Also, 1L bottles are cool.

About the winery
Catalina Ugarte and Coly Den Haan from Vinovore are the driving forces behind this wine. The philosophy on the vineyard is natural winemaking, hand farmed 80-90 year old vines on a small property (9-10 acres). The winery also practices dry farming, i.e. viticulture without artificial irrigation and relying solely on the region’s natural water supply. This forces the vines' root system to dig deeper and the resultant wines typically show great complexity and often increased minerality. Native yeast is used for fermentation.
